i've had so many crashes because one day i decided that,after opening
(windows) explorer, i was going to move this folder into that one and
the move it into a different branch of the tree in windows (explorer)
and now it's all screwed up 'cause i've obviously dragged the folders
into the wrong spot,confusing the computer ,i guess,if thats possible
....he he he

Go to ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS in the Control Panel.  Select the Internet
Explorer program as if you are going to uninstall.  Before it actually
uninstalls, it will ask you if you want to attempt to repair the
currerent installation.  Say yes.  It will find and replace any
missing, damaged, or corrupted files.
