Hi,

Two related questions:  

Looking for a scalable off the shelf program that will allow me to do
the following.  I am evaluating a group of products, ALL for the same
group of questions.  When I am evaluating this product, I want to be
able to click a yes, no, or maybe icon.  If I click yes to question 1, the
program graps the yes pre-typed text from a part of some database or
separate documents and inputs it into the proper place of a final
report.  If I click no to question 2 it grabs the "no on question two
text" and inputs it into the proper place of a final report.  And so
on.

I want to be able to quickly generate evaluation reports, without
manually finding the pre typed text and cutting and pasting it into a
final report.  Need it to be scalable for number of questions and
type/number of answers per question.

The final product needs to be in the form of a word document and if
possible, generated for outlook email, but certainly for word.

Second question, I am looking for the best place to find a reasonably
priced programer to help me put together a software program for me. 
Any recomendations on a good place to start?
