Are there any consquences for a person who transfers balances from one
credit card to another,considering; credit scoring, applying for
loans, anything. Because they use 0% financing to help manage debt.

Does transfering a high interest credit card debt- to a lower or even
0% credit card to manage debt- negatively affect the consumer when
appling for a loan?  THank you for you help
