Why can't I find my site (http://home.pacbell.net/gpeterma/Bereb/) when I enter Bereb Herbal Cosmetics in the Google search engine? Bereb Herbal Cosmetics is the title of the site and is in the source code as the title. Does this have anything to do with the fact that we have berebcosmetics.com reserved as a domain name with Register.com? If so, how can I get my site listed with Google? |

gpeterma-ga: In spite of their best efforts, the Googlebots that crawl the Web are not able to find every webpage, every time. There is no relation between your registration of berebcosmetics.com, and the appearance or non-appearance of your webpage in the Google database. However, it may help you if you arrange for 'www.berebcosmetics.com' to point to your webpage. The best thing you can do, though, in order to get your site into the Google database, is to do the following: - go to ://www.google.com/addurl.html - enter the full URL of your website, http://home.pacbell.net/gpeterma/Bereb/ , in the URL field - click 'Add URL' - wait for the Googlebots to get back around to your area of the Web, and to look at your page! Please note that the Googlebots will try their best, but sometimes they cannot get around to every webpage even after it has been submitted. Regards, aht-ga Google Answers Researcher |
