Dear Ringadin, 

I'm afraid you can't. Watkins wrote (for the Chicago Tribune, not the
Sun) in the 1910s and 1920s, which are not archived online. However,
you may find it in a library.

If you would OK it, I would post alternative means of getting hold of the articles.
