I'm trying to identify a music video that I saw on Sony TV. So I
assume that it is a band on the Sony label. The music video showed two
alien races at war (computer generated). In one scene, a machine with
multiple heads shows the lead singer's face on each one of the heads.
The video would have shown in 2003 on Sony's Music News clips.

The comment below that suggested Linkin Park's "Points of Authority"
is very close. I believe the music video you want is the Jay Gordon
remix of "Points of Authority" entitled "Pts.Of.Athrty", which was
featured on Linkin Park's album "Reanimation."

Here's a brief description of the video:

I believe you are looking for the "Points of Authority" video by
Linkin Park. The CG animation is quite impressive, and reminiscent of
the techniques used in the Final Fantasy movie (the blue tentacles in
particular...)
