Hello, monovich-ga!
I have searched to the point that I am now tripping over web pages!!
Unfortunately, there is no easy method to search for "speech bubble"
logos. My research strategy makes that quite evident! Even extensive
browsing through logo design websites was relatively unfruitful.
However, I have turned up some interesting logos which incorporate
speech bubbles in their design.
Although some designs might be subject to my interpretation, I felt
that the presence of punctuation made some logos look very much like
speech bubbles. Let's hope that my eyes and my judgment have not been
adversely affected by looking at logos for so many hours!
I have no doubt that as soon as I post my answer, I will start seeing
other logos in magazines or on websites that incorporate a speech
bubble. If so, I will surely post a clarification.

"The Cayvan Services Logo is a modest attempt to portray, through
loose symbolism, every aspect of our operation. First, the nearly
vertical thick segment, combined with the central circle, represents a
stylized music note to signify our Music facilities (see
illustration). Second, the curved thick segment combined with the
center roughly portrays a 'speech bubble,' representing our Language
areas...."

I hope these links, few as they are, prove helpful to you. Let me
know if I can clarify anything further.
I also want to invite others to post links to any relevant logos in
the comments section! This type of question is certainly intriguing
and just begs for input from people in every country who see logos
that cannot be easily found in a traditional search.
Sincerely,
umiat
