Carmen --

Nov. 15, 1930 was actually a Saturday, but it's one of the rare times
that there was trading on the New York Stock Exchange on the weekend.
That day Standard Oil of New Jersey (which is the one of four former
Rockefeller companies after the government-ordered breakup that's
generally referred to as THE Standard Oil) closes at 54 5/8, off 1/8
for the day.

Standard Oil of Kansas was 21 12, +3/4.
Standard Oil of California closed at 5, unchanged.
Standard Oil of New York closed at 26 1/4, +1/2.

Google search strategy:
For old stock prices, I often used the New York Times listings under
Proquest Historical Newspapers. While it's a fee-based service, many
public libraries have it online for free. When doing a search on that
database you'll want to use the following search term to find stock
exchange tables:
Stock quote
