Hello.

Robert Bruss, a Bay Area real estate attorney and real estate broker,
writes a column that appears in the S.F. Chronicle. He is considered
an authority on real estate matters.

Bruss has stated that 10 to 15 percent is a typical property
management fee for a single family rental house.

From the S.F. Chronicle:

"Q. You recently said professional property managers typically charge
10 to 15 percent of the gross rent to manage a rental house...

A. ...
...Unless the rental department is a loss leader, it is difficult for
a brokerage to provide quality service to the landlord for a fee of
less than 10 to 15 percent of gross annual rent for a single-family
rental house."

Thus, 10-15 percent of $2000 would be $200-$300.
