I am trying to purchase an old CD-Rom which was publicy available but
not now. Somewhere somebody has it at home and does not mind selling
it to me.

I need UK-based website addresses to an online service that allows
'buyers' to list things they are looking for and sellers can then bid
to provide that product? a sort of reverse E-bay. where prehaps
payment and delivery is co-ordinated through the site?
