yes and no. why?
  cos i want one that can bring cash by placing their ads on my site
which i don't presently have and one that i bring people to but things
from and they pay me commisions.

My experience with affiliate programs is that they generally don't
work very well unless you have *tons* of traffic. Their payout
percentage is too low. I recommend checking out drop shipping as an
alternative and creating your own store(s). A bit more work, but a
more realistic business opportunity. Check out the ebook at

The affiliate programs that pay are best are the ones related to the
topic of your site. Google AdSense will show ads related to your
site's content. Amazon books do well, as do showing eBay listings.
