There was a very recent, successful play that involved an imaginary
Hitchcock film.

I've located several reviews of the play and they mention the title of
the play's imaginary film.  This might be the imaginary film that
you're seeking, but, unfortunately, I haven't been able to confirm
that a character named "Alicia Arnold" is in the "film."

I realize that this isn't the sort of definitive answer that you would
have wanted, but if you're interested, let me know.

Thanks, but I already know about the movie in "Hitchcock Blonde" -
what I need is confirmation about Alicia Arnold.

I think this might be a reference to a theater marquee shown *in* a
Hitchcock movie.
