I would like an equation to determine the amount of sugar and water by
percent in a sugar/water solution, when only given the Brix value and
the type of sugar used (HFCS 55,HFCS 42, or Sucrose). I believe Brix
is based on the refractive index of pure fructose, but the two types
of HFCS listed contain a mixture of sugars.
