I need a guidebook for the State of New Jersey that relates to the
laws that govern property foreclosures.  These book(s) have to be in
laymen's language that a clerical staff could read, understand and
possibly learn enough to prepare a procedure manual for their own use.
 I have looked at Amazon.com under "State of New Jersey" "property
foreclosure"    The book should NOT be about how to purchase
foreclosed property, but about the rules that have to be followed by
the office conducting the sales in open court.  Any help you can give
me will be appreciated.  I can pay $15.00 to the person who can direct
me to where a book like this may be purchased.
