Hi....thank you for your offer of help....forgive me but I'm new at
this computer game.....not sure what you mean by "Office
Version"....all I can tell you is I have windows 98....I prepare a LOT
of documents using Microsoft Word but whilst I'm typing up these
documents I continually have a grey box appear saying "Winword caused
an invalid page fault in module WINWORD. EXE at 017f: 3000b964 also
... This program has performed an illegal operation and will shut
down" ... then when I click on Deatails it says ... A Fatal Exception
0E has occured at 0028: C0000B9E9 in VXD VMM (01) + 0000A9E9 I have no
idea what this means....I've also purchased a program called "PC
Doctor OnCall Repair Service" which claimed to repair ALL errors such
as this one...but it certainly hasn't helped. Thank you for your time
& trouble.

It could be that you have a program running in the background press
ctl-alt-delete and stop any other programs form running at the same
time, your hardware may also be overwhelmed by the task.
