In the movie The Wiz it shows dorthy and the scaracrow dancing over a
bridge. Is that bridge meant to represent the highbridge that spans
from washington heights to the bronx?

According to this page, the Ward's Island Footbridge was used as a
location in the movie:

I don't know whether the movie also shows another bridge, or whether
this bridge was intended to represent another one.

I think that is the bride in the 2nd half, I'm thinking of the first
one they cross...
