enhance work with children, families and co-workers covering following

1. Select appropriate data collection technique(s).
2. Utilize appropriate technique(s) to identify children's skills,
abilities and interests.
3.Plan developmentally appropriate experiences based on the results of
observations.

5. Implement developmentally appropriate experiences.
6. Monitor children's progress.
7. Revise curriculum to support the observed developmental needs of the children.
8. Apply effective information gathering technique to interactions
