I'd like a "lay of the land" report on the higher-end audio production
software for the PC's. This includes packages such as ProTools,
Reason, Sonar, Ableton Live, and any other relevant major packages.
What kind of users use which, and what general strengths and
weaknesses do they have? I'm experienced with Reason and Sonar, but
I'd like to get a better understanding of how they're viewed by the
pros compared to other packages, and what capabilities are out there
to explore.
