We're looking to do business in Nassau, Bahamas and possibly
surrounding areas in the Caribbean. What options are available for
mobile phone service? Also interested in BlackBerry or similar devices
for wireless email and chat/messaging. We'd like to be able to use the
same service/phones in these areas as well as in the US - even Europe
if possible. We have been checking into Satellite phones that cost
about $1 per minute, but assume other options exist. Answer should
include comparison rates and contact information (preferably
websites).
