the city or county TAX ASSESSOR can give you all selling prices for any piece of property, as well as its assessed value for purposes of property taxes. that info should be available with a telephone call, since you have the exact address. also, the deeds for real estate transactions in most states must be filed with the court of record in the county, and you can usually find a copy of the sales documents in those records. finally, any reputable realtor could & should give you that info with a phone call. |
