Hello Henry,

Thank you for your question.

The term hydrotherapy seems to relate both to rehabilitation as well
as relaxation. Not knowing which would best suit your needs, I have
included as many possibitlies as I could locate in the Sydney area for
you. There are a number for you to consider.

First, a bit on the posh side, the Four Seasons Hotel:

Four Seasons Sydney
199 George Street, Sydney

"Stunningly situated overlooking Sydney Harbour in the historic Rocks
district, a short walk from the city's shopping and business centres,
Four Seasons Sydney is vibrant and elegant, with panoramic views of
the Opera House and Harbour Bridge. Guests are treated with spacious
rooms, award-winning dining, and service that anticipates your every
request. The hotel has outstanding fitness facilities, a huge pool and
their highly acclaimed Day Spa providing Australian herbal therapies
and indigenous spa treatments...

...Rated the most "Blissful Spa" in Sydney by the Sun Herald in 2001,
the total wellness Day Spa tempts with a menu of treatments conceived
to create a serene yet rejuvenating experience. Expert spa therapists
restore well-being with customised combinations of deep tissue,
acupressure, Swedish and reflexology techniques. Skilled aestheticians
offer services to polish and groom. Among The Spa's six soothing
treatment rooms is one suite especially for couples ? an intimate
parlor with two massage tables, a hydrotherapy bath, steam room and
shower. Luxurious men's and women's change rooms are each appointed
with a steam room and sauna, and is open 9.00am to 9.30pm every

Another 5 start hotel offers these facilties:
Merchant Court Hotel Sydney Managed By Raffles International
68 Market Street Sydney, NW 2000 AU

Unfortunatley their extewnsive facilties appear to be available to guests only.

Perhaps at the other end of the spectrum is Cook Phillip Park:

4 College St SYDNEY 2000
  9326 0444
"New recreational complex in the green settings amidst Sydney CBD near
Hyde Park, it includes a 50m swimming pool, leisure and hydrotherapy
pools and a fitness centre. Close to major City attractions..."

This appears to be a very nice public facility.

Health Spas Guide Australia lists the following:

Day Spa & Health Club - Observatory Hotel
Sydney - New South Wales

Day Spa Packages:

Villa Thalgo

"Deep within the sea lies the world's most precious beauty secrets

Close to Sydney is Australia's first European-style health, beauty and
hydrotherapy spa - the Villa Thalgo at the Sebel Resort & Spa

"...The centrepiece is a magnificent salt-water swimming pool for

pool with 6 hydrotherapy exercise stations. The 2 hydrotherapy spas, 3
body wrap wet-treatment rooms, a blitz hose room, 5 facial treatment
rooms, and 3 massage rooms are all equipped with the latest in

qualification. If, by chance you were looking for a facilty with

Wolper Jewish Hospital also offers hydrotherapy:
