These are petitions that have already gone through at least an initial
review.  There are many other petitions that are still being reviewed
and even others that have been "lost."

Please see: http://www.ccfassociation.org/coho.htm for an example of
federal and state petitions that have still not been acknowledged by
the corresponding government agencies.
