Hello wordkraft-ga,
I?ve collected a variety of training programs on lean manufacturing
that might meet your need for a partner. In the course of my research
I discovered that this is an up-and-coming topic and that there are
courses offered to many different levels of audiences ranging from
highest level executives to shop-floor techs. Some courses are part of
standard academic programs. Many more are offered as continuing
education or professional / executive development certificate
programs.
Evaluating and ranking these programs will depend on your target
audience. I?ve collected some sample programs to illustrate the
possibilities. Once you?ve focused on a particular approach you can
look for additional potential partners. Please don?t hesitate to ask
for clarification if any of this is muddled.
I wish you well for your project.
