Authors Online, a fee-based service available at many public
libraries, that Lopez died in July, 1986 in New Haven, CT.
The historian and author was born October 8, 1910, in Genoa. He
immigrated to United States in 1939. He was educated at the University
of Milan (1932)and received his Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin
in 1942."
