Know how there are many courses in Quickbooks to help you do your own
bookkeeping for your LLC or corporation? Well, I would like to
identify a course in keeping and managing the corporate legal records
-- the stock ledger (or record of LLC membership interests), board
resolutions, contracts etc. -- keeping the corporate books together
legally from start to finish, what to do when transferring shares or
interest, etc. How to keep things buttoned down legally when you're
on a do-it-yourself basis.
I'm looking for relatively inexpensive:
Seminars in the San Francisco Bay Area in how to do this; and/or
Online training in how to do this; and/or
A site where you can submit simple legal questions and have
"experts" provide suggested answers, for a low cost. |

Thank you, I know about Prepaid Legal Services already. I was hoping
someone could find a course or seminar though that maps out how to
keep your corporate legal books, resolutions, shares, etc. Could be
an online course or CD-based or video based course with materials
also.
Or, an online site where "experts" write answers to your legal
questions (much as Google Answers experts write answers to your
general search questions).
