Hello pasof--

I have carefully researched your question and have written a report for you.

I must say this was a lot of fun to put together. I take a great
interest in business start-ups.

What I ended up writing was a business plan for your company, which I
called Clothes Shop, Inc. To help conduct the research for this plan,
I spoke with a New York City real estate agent to get an estimate for
commercial leases, I contacted an NYC corporate attorney to acquire a
quote on registration legal fees and subsequent monthly expected fees,
I contacted a small weekly newspaper in Manhattan to get a quote on
advertising expenses, and I spoke with clothing suppliers to get an
idea of the costs associated with their industry.

I created an Excel spreadsheet that predicts revenues and
expenditures. Because Excel spreadsheets are impossible to post in
this Google forum, I've posted the entire paper online. You may
cut-and-paste my finished product at the following linke:

I hope this helps. If you need any clarification or if there are any
problems with the paper, please don't hesitate to hit the "clarify"
button.

Thanks,
