1) I want to send SMS msgs from my computer internationally to mobile phones
2) I want to receive SMS msgs on my e.mail
I need to do this without installing "ANY" software on my computer and
without having to creat groups .. etc.   Yahoo has similar service,
but I can only send to US phone numbers.

easy, there are several websites that provide this service, some for
free, others for a fee.

Receiving SMS on your e-mail will require some clarification. I know
of a way for someone to use SMS to send a message to an e-mail
recipient. However, if what you are looking for is a way for someone
to SMS you at your mobile number, but for the SMS to go to your e-mail
account instead, then that will require the cooperation of your mobile
phone service provider.

Can you please clarify what you mean by 2), perhaps with an example?
If you do that, I may be able to provide you with an Answer that meets
your needs.

2) As far as you need to send and/or receive emails from/through
email, you may try www.rediff.com or www.indiatimes.com However, this
service is available only for India and US.
