I have Outlook 2003. I want to publish my Free/Busy information in a
pleasing graphical format (or at least a nice textual listing). I do
not want details of appointments being displayed, only color coded or
textually depicted Free/Busy etc.

I have already setup the automatic publishing to a website of a .vfb
file (contains all the data necessary for the above). However, I
don't know how to translate that into an HTML format.

The solution will :
 - not be a service or product, it's just a resource or howto on the internet
 - will be a perl script, a shell script, or some sort of conversion
(XSL or the like)
 - end up with a nice graphical free/busy calendar on a web page
 - solution could be a DHTML snippet that reads the .vfb

tchampboston-ga ,

Have a look at Communigate Pro MAPI Connector:

http://www.stalker.com/CommuniGatePro/MAPI.html

"The CommuniGate Pro MAPI Connector also performs data conversion
between proprietary Microsoft "objects" data formats and the standard
Internet data formats."

Note:

"MAPI stands for Messaging Application Programming Interface, the
system component that the Microsoft corporation has included into its
Windows® operating system and the API to use that component with
Windows applications."

Google search strategy:

Keywords,

".vfb HTML conversion":

Hope this helps,
