I cannot get the answer I need from the Federal Procurement Data
Center. I need a complete price history (base period plus option
years) on USAF contract F0960399D0382. The work being performed is
operation of the Warner Robins tech data library.

Is the information on this page sufficient?

"DefenseLINK News: Contracts for October 20, 1999" [under "Air Force"]
U.S. Department of Defense
http://www.defenselink.mil/contracts/1999/c10201999_ct491-99.html

If so, I would be happy to post it as an answer. If not, could you
indicate the additional information that you need?

I have found some online documentation in the form of a contract
notice *and* the name, phone number, fax number and email address of
the military contract liaison responsible for this contract. If you'd
me to post that information for you so you can make contact with him
and perhaps obtain the infromation you are seeking in person, I'd be
happy to post it as an answer for you.

PS: The contact person I have found is not affiliated with the red
tape of the Federal Procurement Data Center but is an on-site contract
specialist who is physically present at Warner Robins and the
designated liaison for this particular contract.
