I need to find names and contact information for healthcare firms
(hospitals, physicians associations, and other care providers) with
more than $50M in annual revenues.   Where should I look?  I need a
name of at least one member of senior management at the facilities,
preferably a CIO.

Please provide a link or links to a resource where this information
can be found freely, or for a modest fee.

Call your local library, see if they carry Reference USA, a business
database of over 12 million businesses. You can search for companies
by sales volume, geographical region, line of business and/or other
parameters. Most of the time in the detailed listing it will show the
CIO, CFO, CEO and other officers.

Using a Yellow Page heading search of health care with the parameter
of business size (firms with greater than 50 million in annual sales),
there were  2,732 results nationwide.
