underwriting syndicates) that underwrite international health
insurance policies? (Ideally based in Europe or the USA).

 

International Health Insurance allows the insured person to spend up
to a maximum annual sum on medical treatment at any hospital or
medical centre in the world.

underwrite international insurance policies. (i.e. underwrite policies
for some of the above listed brokers).

 

A list of five or more underwriters would be sufficient. I believe
that Lloyds of London does have a syndicate that underwrites such
policies and I would like to know which one it is.
