As my search revealed, "Dr. Cardin" shoes are made in Malaysia,
predominantly for the domestic market, but also for export. They seem
to be available in numerous Malaysian retail stores, however I did not
find any online store selling them.
To make things worse, the manufacturer's website is currently under
reconstruction and does not contain any information. But at least, I
have been able to locate the manufacturer's contact details:
