I need a tv that is less than H27 W33 D16.  It must be at least a 25
inch. My price range is less than $2000. Help!!!

I agree with the other comments on this question - you'll have to
lower your specs in one area to maintain all the others.  I found a
Sharp Aquos for right around $2000.  However, it's a 20" TV, not the
25" you were looking for.  Dimensions
(W x H x D) are:

24 51/64" x 18 41/64" x 9 1/32" (with stand)
24 51/64" x 15 1/64" x 2 55/64" (without stand)

It's that 16" depth that is the sticker, combined with the price.  The
only sets I found less than 16" deep were plasma displays, and they
start at roughly twice your budget.

I believe you will need to revise your depth requirement to 22" or
increase your budget

KMart has a Apex 24 inch (GT2411S) Flat Screen (Item Number 972509)
that measures H 17.9 W 22.6 D 17.7.  You can find it here...
