We have a owner in our townhouse association who has not paid his
regimes fees for at least five years.  The ownership changes from the
following owners without ever paying regime fees.  The information you
sent me was helpful but I need to know more.  I will pay another 10.00
if you can help me find out how these below companies are connected
and how they are changing ownership of a real estate deed without
going through the normal process of closing etc.?

IRONWOOD ACCEPTANCE COMPANY, L.L.C. merged with STAMFORD ASSET
RECOVERY CORPORATION in 1999:

Hogan and Reardon were listed as agent and director respectively.


As to finding how all the companies are connected, unless they are
public companies such information is usually impossible to find
without any legal or judicial authority.

In this instance I get the feeling that they are using shell companies
for the purpose of making it difficult for others to find out
information on what they are doing. I am unable to find out any more
than I have provided above.
