As the person who posted the question, you're not able to add comments
unless someone else posts a comment. Now, you should see a button,
though.

You're right.  I see it now.  Thanks, aht & juggler.

I am going to try the third request again.  The first time, I posted
it at $5.66, the second at $5.64.  Now I will post it at $5.62.  That
way I'll know which one appears (if any).  I'll pay on it only once,
though.

I don't think there was anything about it that broke a rule--but this
difficulty makes me wonder!
