Dear David,

Here are the answers to your clarification questions:

?The first reference states that a mid level programmer gets 550 - 630
euros. Can you translate this into US dollars??

In order to convert Euros to dollars I went to xe.com - The Universal
Currency Converter.
http://www.xe.com/ucc/

550 ? 630 Euros is equivalent to $680.26 - $779.167 U.S. Dollars

?Is this per week or per year??

These are monthly salaries.

If you need anything else, just let me know.

Sincerely,
Bobbie7
