Please cite some New York court cases where the plaintiff, a
maintenance worker working in a small building as an employee of a
maintenance company, injures himself while on the building premises;
hospital costs will be substantial, the insurance liability coverage
of the owners is $1 million and under N.Y. State law 240(or250?) the
owner might be held liable for any award in excess of $1 mil.
Question: can the owners recover from their insurance company under
its Errors and Omissions policy damages not covered by their policy
because the insurance company has failed to advise them to adequately
update their liability
coverage?
