In my retail outlets, I would like to run an instant win campaign. I
am looking for companies that both supply the prizes, one ones were we
run everything (including supplying the prizes).  I found a list of
printer that can make the scatch cards (same ones that do it for lotto
companies) but I am looking for promotion companies that will do
everything and make sure I follow all the rules and regulations
