Am looking for information on a real estate related investment or development funding group called Adachi. It may be Adachi Enterprise Group, a name referenced on Shearman and Sterling's real estate web site: http://www.shearman.com/practiceareas/property/property.html Having trouble finding more info on the web, would like a web site reference or additional information. | |

I read through the Adachi web page that bobbie7-ga posted, and they do seem to be some sort of investment group involved with real estate. The "Our Company" section starts out with (translated) "Adachi Enterprise Group is a corporate enterprise group comprised of seven legally incorporated educational institutions and twenty-four companies." It goes on to mention involvement with design/vocational schools, theme parks, ski resorts, golf courses, office buildings, and hotels. Most of their site is related to office rental space and support services. At first glance, I can't find any mention of Adachi holdings outside of Japan. This may be why they don't seem to have any English-language contact information. I think your best bet would be to send an email to the contact address that bobbie7-ga found, and hope that someone in their support department can answer it. I hope this information helps, good luck with your search! |

Yes, please do post the question to claim the fee. Do I have a button where I can click "accept answer, pay fee and close this question"? I didn't see one, so I'm assuming that you guys do that. |
