I am about to finish my degree in computer science and I would like to

The things I am interested to know are:

1. How big is the 3D graphic software development market in terms of:

    a. What is the part of the 3D graphic software companies within
the total software industry? (Numbers of companies)

    b. How many 3D developers are working in the market today? Please
specify DirectX/OpenGL

    c. In average - How many 3D developers are working in each company?

    d. How many companies in the 3D software graphic market are using
DirectX and how many are using OpenGL?

    e. What is the future forcast - will people move from DirectX into
OpenGL or vice versa ?

2. How is the 3D graphic software market divided in terms of:

    a. Operating Systems (windows, Linux, Mac, and UNIX)?

    b. Industries (games, CAD, VIS, animation, movies, PLM etc.)?

    c. Territories? (US, Europe, India, Far-East etc.)?

Thanks,
Mike
