Hello

I think I found the page for you
http://arizona.findanisp.com/city/AZ/Nogales/1333
you enter the type of service (DSL in your case) and your limits (175
- 500)
and it returns you the ISP offering the service with detailed
information on pricing etc.

Here are some examples of what I found entering your data

Earthlink
V.90 - DSL - Wireless Broadband - Virtual Webhosting - eCommerce -
Domain Registration - WebMail

TOAST.net
Toledo, OH
V.90 - ISDN - DSL - Analog Bonded Channel - Static IP - Virtual
Webhosting - Dedicated Bandwidth - eCommerce - Domain Registration -
WebMail - Email Virus Scanning - IMAP Email

Hosting Storm
Charlotte, NC
V.90 - DSL - Static IP - Server Colocation - Virtual Webhosting -
Dedicated Web Servers - Web Site Design - Dedicated Bandwidth -
eCommerce - Domain Registration - Business Consulting - VPN
Integration - WebMail

LeapFrog Internet
Englewood, CO
V.90 - ISDN - DSL - Static IP - Virtual Webhosting - Dedicated Web
Servers - Web Site Design - Dedicated Bandwidth - Domain Registration
- WebMail

All the entries have links to the respective web sites for details and
you can see even more ISP if you check the
"Include non sponsor box"

Hope this helps

None of the posted responces nor any of the other listings on
findanisp can provide DSL for the address requested.

Hello again
Since you said that none of the provider listed above that claim to
serve Nogales actually reaches your address I went and did a lot more
search and I am afraid I do not have a sure answer.
I checked several web sites and arrived to the conclusion that
probably there is no DSL service in your area.

The most interesting site I found is dslreports.com

According to http://www.dslreports.com/ (Find Service - Can I get DSL
Now)
if I enter the data you provided (by the way they also require last 4
digits of your phone number for a more accurate research) the answer
is

"We cannot locate DSL service.
We could not get a distance estimate, so we cannot predict your future
DSL options either"

I also tried the broadband search http://www.dslreports.com/psearch
for "product list" and that returns a lot of ISP claiming they can
server your area code but none that can serve your zip code as you can
see by clicking the
"search explanation link

See search explanation
Search for ISPs claiming they can service 520-761-XXXX find 122
matches
Search for ZIP 85621 finds 0 matches
Search for state AZ finds 175 matches
1178 ISPs in order of name
Ignoring products not updated in the last 180 days
Limit to resellers of 6 CLECs/ILECs (listed in state AZ)
Found 466 matching products
CO NGLSAZMW has zip 85621
CO NGLSAZMW has lat/long 31.384417/-110.951331
using 31.384417/-110.951331 vs ISP HQs
nearest is isp # 1989
4 matches required for final ISP cut, result 45 ISPs

I am very sorry but I think that for the time being you will have to
look for a different type of service. I will be glad to help ....

Another option is www.starband.com. They offer satellite internet service.

The general-purpose answer to this kind of question is to go to:

http://www.thelist.com

This website tracks all ISPs in the US.

According to this page:

http://www.thelist.com/areacode/520

...there are six ISPs offering DSL service in that area code.

The srarband products do not meet the specified requirements (384K
asynchronous), they offer fast downstream but slow upstream.

All ISPs posted on thelist.com referencing the 520 area code support
the greater Tucson area, not Nogales.

If you are going to send responces to this question, please have taken
the effort to research your answers. I am not paying for general
Internet searches that I can do quickly. Read the parameters of the
question. I am open to other connections than DSL, but it must meet
the requirements. We will be running a VPN over the connection.
