My friend is working in arizona and holds an H1 visa.  she is
transferring to san jose within the same company with the same job
title. Is there a link i can go to which will show me that her
attorney has filed the appropiate papers for the h1 visa and is there
a website i can go to which will show the progress of an application
of citizenship?

If your friend works for the same company and already has an H1 visa,
there is no need to file for another H1.
