Due to the modernization programs in the Philippines, you can now
request for documents such as marriage records or certificates online.
The National Statistics Office provides an online facility for you to
request for records of birth, marriage, etc all online. You will just
have to indicate the personal information and the province where the
marriage took place and in this case it is in La Union. You can
request for copies on the link below.
