My guess is that this information is not published anywhere. You
likely would need to try to convince someone at Compuserv to get this
information for you.

I reached a dead end on this one after I found who was general counsel
of Compuserve (now a unit of AOL) until sometime in late 2003. That
person is A. Brian Dengler. Here is a link to a reference to him and
his position from a September 2003 listing of the Advisory Board of
the Kent State University School of Journalism:
http://www.jmc.kent.edu/home/headlines/stories/2003/september/PABmembers.htm

I don't believe that he is still in that position for two reasons.
First, he is now "of counsel" to a law firm in Columbus, OH. Here is
his published contact information:

A. Brian Dengler
Firm: Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP

Address: P.O. Box 1008
52 E. Gay Street
Columbus, OH 43216-1008

Phone: (614) 464-8393
Fax: (614) 719-5183
Web site: http://www.vssp.com

The other reason that I doubt whether he is still affiliated with AOL
and/or Compuserve is that he is not listed in the presumably complete
and reasonably current listing of the Law Department of Time Warner
Inc., the parent company of AOL. Here is a link to that listing:
