The Pair Extraordinaire (Carl Craig and Marcus Hemphill) recorded several LPs in the late 1960s. "It's a Wonderful World"" (Liberty Records 7504) appears to be their most popular album. CollectibleRecords.com shows a listing for The Pair Extraordinaire's LP "It's a Wonderful World." Here's the listing: " Pair Extraordinaire:It's a wonderful world, liberty,mo, autographed by Carl Craig and Marcus Hemphill, vg++/m- MB$20 " http://www.collectiblerecords.com/rockletterp.htm MB$20 means "minimum bid $20." Instructions for purchasing from CollectibleRecords.com are at: http://www.collectiblerecords.com/bidbuy.htm Long Tall Simon, a record seller in Philadelphia, shows the "Wonderful World" LP for $15. Here's his listing: " PAIR EXTRAORDINAIRE WONDERFUL WORLD LIBERTY VG-/EX+ $15 GOOD '66 ALBUM " http://home.earthlink.net/~hakenig/pictures/LPs.html Californiaalbums.com also has "Wonderful World" and an additional record called "In-Citement." The web site says that there's a $15 minimum bid: http://www.californiaalbums.com/folk.htm Canadian record seller DiscoveryRecords.com lists three albums: "PAIR EXTRAORDINAIRE IT'S A WONDERFUL WORLD 8.00 1 LST7504 PAIR EXTRAORDINAIRE LIVE AT THE ICE HOUSE 14.00 1 LST7410 PAIR EXTRAORDINAIRE RECORDED LIVE 12.00 1 LST7440 http://www.discoveryrecords.com/MVAZ.TXT Ordering information is at: http://www.discoveryrecords.com/ Dustydisks.com lists "Wonderful World" and "In-Citement" each for $8. http://www.dustydisks.com/albums_m_p.htm Email information for the seller is at: http://www.dustydisks.com/ I've also found several library copies if you'd rather borrow than buy: San Jose State University: http://130.65.100.1:80/search/?searchtype=a&searcharg=pair+extraordinaire&submit2=Search Brigham Young University: http://catalog.lib.byu.edu/uhtbin/cgisirsi/X/0/123/?user_id=WEBSERVER&new_gatewaydb=ILINK&searchdata1=pair+extraordinaire&srchfield1=GENERAL%5ETITLE%5EGENERAL%5E%5Ewords%2Bor%2Bphrase&searchoper1=AND&search_entries1=GENERAL&search_type1=TITLE&special_proc1=&library=ALL&pubyear=&language=ANY&format=ANY&item_type=ANY&location=ANY&item1cat=&item2cat=ANY&match_on=KEYWORD&shadow=NO&sort_by=NONE&submit. =0&submit.y=0 Bowling Green State University: http://maurice.bgsu.edu/search/a?SEARCH=pair+extraordinaire Search strategy: pair extraordinaire I hope this helps.
