I'm looking for a good 1-2 day training seminar in the Cleveland area
to which to send an 18 year old to learn how to handle a tier 1 tech
support line. He has the technical skills, but he doesn't really know
how to deal with upset people on the phone, etc. I don't want a book.
I want him to get something interactive.

What's available when and how much does it cost? I'd also like your
opinion on the probable quality and professionalism of the choices.
