Please help me find recent statistics (no older than 2003) showing juvenile media consumption in the US, Asia and Europe. Interested in the historical development of total consumption as well as the split between the various categories such as print, tv, games, internet, cinema etc.. |

The closest approximation I could find with a quick search was a British study that has a statistical breakdown, including print, screen, internet, and multimedia consumption, among others. It also discusses reasons for increased viewing. It's available as a PDF here: http://tinyurl.com/23sbc [http://www.lse.ac.uk/collections/media@lse/pdf/young_people_report.pdf] And Google has an HTML version here: http://tinyurl.com/2occ6 I also found some interesting related statistics here: http://www.med.sc.edu:1081/mediause.htm I hope some of that helps! -Jonathan |

Yes, 2002 should be fine as long as it is a good source and comprehensive finding, and not the results listed here: http://www.med.sc.edu:1081/mediause.htm Thank´s a lot for trying! |
