I need to understand what the most significant driving forces
(changes, trends, issues, challenges) facing CEOs of large
multi-national businesses in the coming years that are coming from
external to their businesses. So these are not internal issues, but
external/environmental in nature.

I am looking for articles that discuss both short term and long term
global issues/trends/driving forces impacting large multi-national
businesses. These are environmental in nature and would include
political, legislative, regulatory, demographic, technological,
social, economic.

A complete answer will provide URLs to articles that discuss these
trends. If you can, sort the URLs into two lists. 1) Those
discussing short term driving forces for 2004 and 2005 and 2) Those
discussion longer term driving forces (2006-2015)

ragingacademic....

Thanks for the request to clarify. My goal is to end up with my
assessment of the top 5-8 short term driving forces are and what the
5-8 longer term driving forces are.

As far as number of URLs needed...it really depends on the quality of
the information found at each URL. 10 quality URLS would be better
than 50 so-so URLS. Having an exhaustive list of 50 URLs does not
help me if they do not help me come to my conclusions. So, I am
looking for quality vs. quantity.

Thanks. Let me know if there are any other clarifying questions...
