I need a CSV/Excel file of every Canadian Member of Parliament with
this info: Their email address, home province, and party.

I don't think such a file exists, but luckily all the data is ready to collect at:

http://www.parl.gc.ca/common/senmemb/house/members/CurrentMemberList.asp?Language=E&Parl=37&Ses=1&Sect=hoccur&Order=OrganizationName

This would require someone going to each MP's page (all from the
source URL, above) and entering the data, then posting the data
somewhere I can download it. It won't be fun work (will probably take
an hour), but it'll be paid work. ;-)

I've included both CSV and Excel files in case there is some
compatibility issue with the Excel version you're using. It actually
was fun work, because I had to do some programming in Matlab and
Visual Basic in order to get the data. On hindsight, I think I would
have taken less time if I had done it by hand ;-)

Remember that if you're not satisfied with this answer you can use the
