Palm or PC software for the Body for Life program

Are there any Palm and/or Windows compatible software packages that
help implement the Body for Life program?

The charts in his book look good, but they are blank.  I would need
them on the computer or Palm anyway.

That was exactly what i was looking for!  Thanks.  pls put it as the
answer.  If you have any other such apps (maybe desktop ones), I
wouldn't mind also knowing that.  Thanks for the excellent and quick
